Meetings

Parish Council meetings normally are scheduled on the fourth Monday of each month, except August and December. Meetings at the Halls take place at 8pm, During the Covid-19 Emergency meetings are taking place by video cnference.

Once a year, normally in May, the Parish Council hosts an Annual Parish Meeting.

Meetings of the Planning Committee are held when urgent planning matters need to be disussed before the next Council meeting. For the agenda and minutes of the Planning Committee click here.

The schedule of Council Meetings, Agendas and the most recent sets of Parish Council and Planning Committee minutes are posted on noticeboards located at; Buckland Common (junction of Bottom Road and Parrotts Lane), Cholesbury Cricket Club, St Leonards Parish Hall, The Black Horse Inn in The Vale, and outside The Old Smithy, Hawridge Common.
